  • Oh well :/

I think I just want a CC for Python similar to "Alice" for Java seems to be...I have 0 programming knowledge and imagined the if CC worked in that way would be a very useful tool for learning.

By the way, thanks for the reply, appreciate that :)

  • I don't know how to ask this properly, but I gonna try:

The events in event sheet are translated in python script in some way? Like "under the hood"? I mean, the visual programming of the event sheet has a python script behind the scenes trnasformation for construct interpret it? Or something along this way? If so, is there a way to see the "translation"? I like the way event sheet works e all the drag and drop style of CC and C2, but would be pretty neat for learning porpouses to see how all this is represented in tradicional "code", it will be very ease to learn how the code has to be structured, and how it does to work...

    Sorry for the long question

  • I thinks it is a good idea to move away CC from de Scirra forums, regain a identity of independence and grow away from it's awesome parents.

Unfortunately I can't help with the fixing things in CC, my lack of know-how it's killing me, I can imagine a "NeoContruct" of some sort, based in what CC presented to everyone, and in some degree in his soucecod, maybe, dunno

This is my 2 pennys about it.

Ah, by the way... Any opinions in Stellar?

--hehe, i moved from other topic to here, posted in the wrong place earlier

  • Without a .cap is hard to determine what is wrong with it :/

Maybe have to do with the version of the tutorial you are using, try the CC version of it, instead of the C2, maybe it helps.

    Dunno :/

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • I think it is this:

    69.24.73.172/scirra/forum/viewtopic.php

But the link is broken too, so a reup in mediafire:

    mediafire.com

Sorry for not asking for permition to reupload it, just let me know and I take it down if it's an issue ;x

  • I am well aware of the existence of all those exemple .cap for mode7-eske effects. It's a neat little effect, more a style then a need. I would really apreciate if someone do a in-depth tutorial or even a heavy-commented .cap on a similar technique. Or even, how to do it with python script if is possible... :)

Sorry if I seem "demanding", I blame my poor english :x

    Pretty pleease? (AA)

  • Hi guys, anyone knows in which Construct version that .cap works?
