    I added the webstorage and the variable always resets, what i'm doing wrong?

    could be the reset of flobal variables or the restart layout?

  • Hi guys im tryting to add a highscore to the template auto-runner so i added a new textbox in the middle called BestDistanceDisplay.

    When the player died i set to the bestdistancedisplay textbox the text of totaldistance, but then all the global variables goes to default and the layout is restarted, same thing happen with the text inside bestdistancedisplay.

    So, mi question is... how can i maintain the value in bestdistancedisplay textbox for every game?

  • Sorry for this noob question but how do i declare a local variable? on righ click i can only create a global variable .

  • Wow, there are some guys who made some money with this i wish someday to create a game and sell tons of copies n_n.

  • I dont know what Dwarf Fortress is, so i saw it in youtube and i only see dots with different colours.

    I think you can create tons of things and need more time to understand how to play than a normal game.

    Are you going to create this with Construct 2?

  • Oh, I want to ask you something, when people give you some bad critics feedback and some fair feedback and what should you do?

    I never created a game but if i do and i receive a bad critics feedback:

    1.- i will think, is he/she trolling, being agresive?

    2.- is the first bad critic feedback or there are tons of diferent people saying the same thing?

    3.- Could you check if the thing he/she is saying is true?

    4.- Can you fix/upgrade what is he/she telling? and with which cost/time?

    5.- And most of all, is the thing he/she telling, the way your game wanted to be? if not just ignore it.

  • as i know you can sell the games if you buy the personal edition and only up to 5.000 dolars if you win more you need to buy the business one.
