  I'm looking to have a simple party game made but i tried to do this. I know i would need someone to make it for me cause i would not make it look good or do as well as others. Its a very simple layout like the party game App "HEADS UP". I'll go more into detail later but I'm wondering if someone would build it and sell it? I'm guessing I would have to have a business license to put it on app stores myself.

  HELLO EVERYONE!

  I'm new to game design but I'm really only doing this cause i have this game that i want to make. I'm really only looking at a layout for buttons that opens it's own folder with a list of names or phrases that can be randomized but not repeated within a few games. I'm looking to make this an App for IOS and Android but I don't want to buy any thing yet if i have to. does any one know where i would start?
