  The problem with that was that the game didn't run at the same speed on some machines, it ran WAY faster than normal.

  Well, in a month I plan on upgrading my hosting to try and have maybe 20mb or so of file hosting as well so that everything can be archived.

  Why doesn't this work correctly?

  By correctly I mean not unrealistically flip up into the air creating a form of hovering. I want it to work like wheels for a vehicle.
