Heska i had the same issue, but my games still work fine on all android devices.

is it possible for me to have a copy of your APK that doesn't run on Android SDK emulator ?
i tried a couple apps on my SDK(23.0.2) with 4.4.2(API 19) and 4.3(API 18) but i didn't see issues yet.
