  • r251 is working in restricted user environment. Whatever you have done has resolved this issue for us. Thanks.

  • r249 definitely works in a restricted user environment, and for us is the last know good build.

  • For us it was r250 but we've only moved from r244 which was okay. It does look like this issue and the one with the license file are related as C2 fails to start even under admin when the license file is added.

    • Logon system in restricted account
    • Launch program from desktop icon or directly from program files directory

    Observed Result

    ____ Hourglass icon for split second then nothing happens. Error reported in application event log (see below). Application starts fine when run uder full Administrator account ____
