  • Adding enemy movement during the platformer tutorial seems to have cancelled the "hurt" logic I added which caused bounceback and blinking when you'd collide with the snail from anywhere but the top. Why does adding movement cancel the hurt logic? I attached a screenshot of the event sheet.

    Well, I bought the license almost immediately after downloading the program to show support to the creators, and it didn't do anything. It downloaded a .txt file to my computer and the program still heckles me about updating. I am able to use the project files, so in some ways it is behaving like I have a license, but I really want it to stop unjustly asking me to upgrade when I already did. Maybe it's too early in the morning but I couldn't find a support ticket system or a contact page so I am asking for help in the forum, if that's alright.

    Is this a known problem with a fix?

My name is Andy and I've worked on a couple of indie game projects before as a composer and sound designer, but now I want to break into making my own games for promoting my music and also just for the fun of it. On a side note, I'm fluent in Japanese and hope to use that skill professionally someday. I know a tiny bit of programming because I started Team Treehouse recently and now I'm excited to become part of the Construct community(just started downloading it now)!
