  Splash screen is an image (a screen) that shows when you open the app.

  Open your project in Intel XDK. Click on "Projects" in top-left corner. Under "Cordova hybrid mobile app settings" click on "Launch icons and Splash screens", then select tab "Android-Crosswalk" (if you are building with Crosswalk).

  I've just had the problem that when I clicked LOGIN, I saw a webpage inside Intel XDK, and when I typed in my username and password, I got ERROR 500.

  But it works now.

  EDIT: it doesn't work again.

  Here's an error message I got:

  It is a bug in iOS. It can be worked-around with adding some silence at the end of the short sound.

  We have to wait until Apple fixes this bug.
