    The Game:

    Robo has only 120 seconds to live! Help him stay alive by navigating through the maze and collecting batteries.

    Gameplay:

    Control Robo using the mouse. Avoid enemy robots and collect the batteries. Collecting batteries increases Robo's life by 5 seconds. But beware! Touching any part of the maze will kill Robo instantly.

    Known bugs

    In the Game Over screen, clicking on the Facebook button does not share the score on your Facebook wall.

  • Sorry. I am a retard who hasn't slept much either. Fixed it.

  • Getting a weird bug with a single BG image.

    I have kept the screen size as 1024x768, and view also 1024x768. I then import a single 1024x768 image and place it. But when I play the game, the BG image gets shifted to top left. I have tried changing the image point from center to 0,0. But still this exists. I have a second layer as tiled background, and tiled images fit properly. Its only when I try to apply a single image, the centre of the image gets shifted to top left corner.

  • So I am making a maze game, and instead of recreating the entire maze piece by piece, It would be better if we could just upload a single maze image.

    I mean, if I create a empty outline of a box in Phtotoshop with the centre being transparent, and then import it in Construct 2, it does not detect the empty center of the square and takes it as a whole image.

    The next update will have:

    1. Better art for Robo and walls

    2. Share score on your timeline

    Simple Gameplay: Collect as many batteries as you can without touching the maze, and before the time runs out.

    Collecting batteries = +5 seconds on timer

    If the battery fades out = -3 seconds on timer

    I have completed by FB game, and want to integrate the sharing of the high score on the player's wall. To the people who have already implemented it into their games, which do you recommend is the easiest one to incorporate?

    This one bug has me tearing my hair out! So here is the problem:

    I have an object (Cheese) that spawns at the start of the layout. If the character collects it, another one spawns at a random location. Till now, all well and good. Now, if the character dies, and the player selects to restart the game, instead of one instance of the Cheese spawning, TWO Cheese spawn. Now, if the character dies again, and the player selects to restart again, THREE Cheese spawn instead of single one. I have no clue what is wrong. I tried all I could, and it still occurs. Am attaching a screenshot of my Event Sheet.

    Note: Both the character and the object (Cheese) have Destroy Outside Layout behaviour.

  • Well, I tried it... still having problems... what is even more weird is, I have a demo out in Scirra Arcade that uses "Scroll To' behavior. I opened that capx and the only difference I see is that, in that game, all the layouts are constant i.e Layout size is 1280*1024, window size is 800*600.

    Is that a requirement that all layout sizes must be the same throughout the project?

  • Hi, I am facing a weird situation now. Its a simple problem, which I didnt face before, but now I have brain freeze and not able to figure it out...

    Here is the problem:

    I have 3 layouts. The first two layouts are 800*700 (layout size and window size). The third one is 1280*1024 Layout size, and 800*700 window size. I have a character that has 'Scroll To' behaviour enabled. There is no problem with first two levels since the layout size and the window size is the same, but when the third layout loads, the window size remains at 800*700, but the character is spawned outside that size, and the camera does not scroll to the character... help!

  • Does the enemy: if on-screen: spawn another object (bullet)? Or have you done it differently?
