  • Hmm, seems that my anchor doesn't work at all or I don't understand how anchor works..

    Am I right, that setting anchor behavior to object (top, right) it should position that object to top-right on the start of layout, (doesn't matter where object is positioned before)?

    Here is blank anchor test file: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/51555055/anchor-test.capx

  • Actually it is anchor. But if I create that object on start of layout then I have to assign position.

    At the moment I used for X and Y position:

    x -> ViewportRight("main")-inventoryItemsBg.Width-370

    y-> ViewportBottom("main")-inventoryItemsBg.Height-100

    But that doesn't position that object perfectly.

  • Developing "Commando" game, where you have to take down enemy radars placing bombs on these (be close to the radar and click on it).

  • I have trouble positioning HUD item on fixed place on different screen sizes. I wish to place inventory items on fixed position (right bottom corner, separated with 32px empty space on right and bottom sides).

    Project is set to Letterbox scale and testing with Cocoon JS (on iPhone 5) it switches to scale outer, saying Letterbox scale fullscreen modes are not supported on this platform. Testing with Chrome on my PC it seems working, but on iPhone it's not positioned same way. Inventory box is only partially visible.

    How should I solve that?

  • I think I finally found some information:

  • 2 different layers and both have different objects. If Layer 2 (top layer) is not visible then objects on that layer are also invisible. Problem is that clicking on the same position where layer 2 object is, it still makes click on layer 2 object.

    Other (maybe same problem) is that if both layers are visible and clicking on layer 2 (top layer) object makes also click on layer 1.

    How to avoid clicking same time on different layers? Problem is that clicking on some top layer icon/object also makes click on bottom layer and player object is moving to that direction. I want only to make click on top layer object without moving player. Player moves to that position where I have made click on bottom layer. How to solve that?

  • For example:

    I have multiple items "tanks" and every tank has pinned object "turrent".

    Turrents are pinned to tanks.

    Tank is main moving object and if I destroy tank object then turrent object remains to screen. How to destroy specific tank turrent?

  • right.. in the projects window. I was trying to make it happen in objects window.. thanks

  • If I make new subfolder in objects window and move some objects into it then how it's possible to move object out of that subfolder? For example back to the main object folder.

  • Ok I resolved the last issue also.. :)

    Worker didn't collide with home object (thanks to the wrong image point) and thats why it didn't wanted to got to the gold mine again.

  • It uses pathfinding.

    I found the cell size was too big and thats why worker was too far away from objects. Reading manual helps sometimes..

    Now only remains the issue that worker gets stuck to home after trasferring gold to home. It doesn't go to gold mine again.

  • Hi,

    I'm working with my project and I have some problems. Maybe somebody can explain or help a little.

    2 Questions:

    1) Why worker object doesn't go closer to the "gold mine" (yellow square) and also closer to the "home" object.

    2) If I mark gold mine image spot to the left then worker sticks to the gold mine and doesn't move back to home.
