The license you are quoting was not present on the Google Code page, which is all that existed when I ported this last year. The only mention of a license on that page was "Released under a "do whatever you want" MIT license." That was it. So, frankly, without a license, he's lucky I mentioned him at all. But hey - I'm a nice guy, and people deserve credit for their work.
In the left sidebar, there's a link that says "MIT License" and that links to the MIT License.
Just in case you need to redistribute something off Google Code in the future. Some people just use the license function the software gives them.
Redistributing the whole thing like this seems good, tho. Even if you were modifying the software all you'd have to do is include the original license and copyright notice with your software... So everything's good here, I guess.
