  • Hey ..thanks for checking out. Well we would love to continue on this project but as i said funding went off soo for this time it was stoped, but hopefully we will get back to it in the future.

    yeah i know another zombie title... We at game.arte-grafik.com started this project to test construct 2 as potential platform for making games. Here is first alpha level. I know there are bugs etc but it was just more concept proving.

    We made all the stuff you see. So far we are not continuing developing more this game as funding for this game went off but it was nice to test it. If you like what you see and maybe interested we are open now for freelancing.

    Anyway thx for stoping by and chcecking the game ..its roughly based on the old 8bit Dave.

  • Hey I had the same problem, how to set animSpirets to their hitboxes. Any calculation on collision or distance faill when they wil cross each other. So I came with my own solution. But am still rokie in construct soo maybe other guys have even better solution which i would like to see also.

  • Hey,

    am curently using C2 r101 and I am trying to move objects from one project to another. I got a warning that it is not possible. How ever it seems it will move it to the target project if hit ignore button. But am not sure if i am not going to destroy the project with such drag and dropin even in older version it was able to do that.

  • well it seems more like a concept of the game. But have to say if like rory said game machanics are polished, new graphics added ..could be one small enyoable game ;)

  • I put one example together, there are hitboxes with an ID and also AnimBoxes with ID. I made events to set positions of hitbox and animobox only with the same ID. I know those events arent very "nice" could you pls tell me some other more dynamic way i can set positions of those two objects with the same ID together. I would like to do it in the way that every tick set all animbox to position of hitbox with the same ID.

    PS: By ID here i mean instance variable wich i made for them.

  • Hey i have another question, is there any way to see which events are runing so i can see much faster where i did a mistake. An oportunity to to see step by step events which where executeted would help a ton to see better mechanics of the game.

  • Well there isnt much to show anyway its just simple hitbox+animation sprite technique. It working great for main player but for multiple enemy its just a poblem. Thanks for help anyway

  • Hey guys,

    i would like to ask you for your help. The problem is am using for my plaformer for the enemy enemy.hitbox+enemy.sprite. But somehow am strugling with it. Mainly when collison between them happens or enemy.hitbox collide with a shot. I have to specify which sprite have to play animation. I want ot ask if there is any way that i can make like one object of those htibox+sprite soo if anything happens to this object i dont have to specify what animation have to play it will just look for animation in that enemy container. And if I want to create more enemy i would just like duplicate that container.

    I hope i do sound a bit reasonable ;)

    A very happy newcomer here, found your application a bit late but am very happy I did ;)

    Took just few days to realize how beatifull this app is and had to buy it and fund a development a bit further.
