After i waited 3 days for redeem code finally they sent me but ıt shows this message.

I don't have any answer yet.I sent messages over and over again and still i have no clue what's going on.Isn't there anybody who can solve this mess.I'm getting nervous about it.

it took the money. I have a screenshoot for it when I checked the bank account.Also it was a error by scirra website.

I just bought a personal license of Construct 2 with my dad. When we paid it with card web site showed me an error message and ask me to send a mail to them.I hope you will help me.its been 20 hours so far.
