  Kinect rocks,But The xbox360 RROD and the problems that this console produces it's not worth buying the kinect for an xbox360.I had 7 of them freezing and bricking before i switched over to the ultimate system which is the good old reliable pc.

  The Kinect should be able to work on a pc if someone creates a compatible driver for it.I know that the ps3 eye works on a pc and the ps3 controllers works on pc's as well.It would be sweet if i could flail my arms around to open a program or playing pc games with the kinect.On second thought nah id stick with the mouse and keyboard combo.

  Im trying to create some eyes that follow the mouse as you move the mouse.Ive tried but failed miserably.For instance if the mouse is at the top then the eyes must be pointing upwards as if it's looking at the mouse position.Sorry for the bad grammar i suck at english.

  Get daz3d http://www.daz3d.com you can import 3d models and objects and you can animate them with daz3d and export the animated sequence as separate png files.This is the easiest program ive worked with so far.

  But some kind of moving shadow on the trees might look good though. Anyone?

  That would be tricky but not impossible.Hint : Flip the shadows rightside up and make them a bit smaller than the actual tree , Then As the sun moves the smaller shadows on the trees will move ever so slightly.Sounds easy enough , But how does one stop the shadow from moving all the way to the left or right?.This will make a great competition,The one with the most realistically looking shadow will be the winner.
