  • SoldjahBoy: Thank you, I used games like Portal as inspiration for level design and learning process.

AngeloFernandes: Yeah, the sounds was a problem in development process. And the "W" key was intended to implement, but we have no time to complete it. And I forgot to remove the final version =/

But, thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed my game.

  • Hello guys.

I've made this this game for SXSW indie game contest with my girlfriend, Lullie, and my friend, Deds. To make this game, we've used the physics behavior to simulates magnet attraction and repulsion.

    -description-

Robotonov is a tiny robot without super powers or special skills. He's just an antique robot produced to help people work on factories controlling magnetic devices. Now, the factory where he used to work is about to collapse, and he was left alone in there! He moves very slowly and the only way he can survive is with your help! Activate different types of magnets in this challenging and innovative physics-puzzle-action-platform game and help Robotonov escape from the factory avoiding some dangerous obstacles.

    -instructions-

Move: "A" and "D" keys Activate magnets: Mouse Left-click on magnets objective: Escape from a factory about to collapse

  • Hello everyone!

I'd like to participate in this contest IndiePub-SXSW using Construct2 Engine. But I worried about this rule for the contest:

Games may run on PC, Mac and/or web browsers. Games developed for PC or Mac must have an automated install or uninstall routine if installation is necessary to play the Game. Games played via web browsers must run in the latest versions of either Internet Explorer or Firefox and may use the latest versions of the Flash, Java, Director, Unity or Virtools plug-ins, etc., if desired.

What I want to know is: they don't say nothing about HTML5, but it will be a problem for me? Can i be disqualified because of this?

Another point is I've been using the Construct2 with the Chrome Browser and most of people says that is the best browsers for HTML5 games. What is the differences (and problems) for developing to Firefox or Internet explorer?

    Thanks :D

  • Thank you for share it, it will be useful

  • I think it will help you. I add an event that makes the level restart when you prees R, it use the action "go to layout" to restart the entire level.

  • Hello everyone, my name is Carlos Dias and i'm from Brazil.

This year, I started to learn how to make games. I was using the Unity3D engine, but I decided to change because i was spending so much time in programming and wasting the time i could spend on design or other thing. So, I decided to chagen this and start to learn how to use the Construct and I am very surprise with this engine, so powerful and so simple. Thank you, guys.
