  • Paradox, thanks but I'm not sure how to implement that. Thinking.. Cld it be assigning no 1 to4 to d variable lane in use depending on which lane was picked and den checking dat for d oda pick image event such that.. I'm stuck. Lemme try n upload a capx file

  • Hmmm, I hope I can explain this well.

    I'm working a game with 4 lanes. Every say 2 seconds I generate images from two different families on any of the four lanes using the choose function(I use two different events for each of the families). But what happens sometimes is the same lane is selected by the two events hence the two images are generated on the same position and overlapping

    Any hints on how to handle this exception.

  • onzephyr thanks a lot, that does the drill, jusy needed to change the angle from common in d properties panel to ensure my player starts off facing front. Thanks

  • I'm having these challenges implementing pathfinding in my game.

    The first challenge is on choosing the point i want my player to move to, it rotates sides ways where as i just want it to move in that direction with the front, or turn its fron to that direction and move towards it, however i cant get that done.

    Also, i want to start the run animation only when it is about to move and keep it standing alone when not moving

  • I'm trying to have a clock hand moving effect but should happpen when the object is dragged, something like a knob or guage control.

    the capx file here depicts what i want, but not by contolling with keyboard, i'll prefer just having to drag the object and then it just moves with the other end being pivoted kind off. I dont know if its possible to achieve this with construct and how?
