  • Hi there,

    We've been experiencing build and export fails since 28th of October which is yesterday.

    It keeps showing 'time out' or 'disconnected' when we try to export the signed release APK and debug.

    We tried to build our file on web and application it still does not work either.

    We did't add any extra add on or such before the build fail started to happen.

    Has anyone come across this issue? Is there anything we can do?

    I am trying to export my game on ios and I ran across an issue which I did not have before.

    Before when I open my export file, I could easily find the pods folder and the podfile.lock file and later succesfully build my game on ios xcode.

    I recently made a change in the game where I took out all mobile advert addon and any event related to it. Then when I tried to open my export file, the pods folder and podlock.file is missing. When I try to build the game it shows an error that says "could not find included file 'Pods/target support files/ Pods-(game name)/Pods-(game name).debug.xcconfig"

    What do I need to do to fix this error?

    I tried so many other plugins and now I am trying my luck here.

    I used Rex firebase authentication addon and FirebaseAPIV3 and I tried google login on construct 3 debug and it succeeded! However when I export it to APK and test it on my phone it doesn't work anymore. On firebase user authentication I can see my login history from construct 3 debug.

    On api key I initially had browser key (which is the one worked on construct 3 debug but it didn't work on built mobile app, it did not have any reaction) so I tried inserting android key next then building it. I tried it on my mobile app again and I got a message saying "operation not supported in this environment"

    Also just to be sure, is this addon only for web browser?

    Otherwise, can anyone help me with this issue?

    I actually like to know if there is a away to delete that saved cache individually instead of using event and action in Construct. If you know if there is a way, please share :)

    I have a question.

    I have some unwanted saved local storage data from global variable, and I am looking forward to see if there is a command to delete individual saved local storage data from game.

    Please take a look at image and let me know if there is an option.
