  Still had no luck, looked through additional pages and found all of them to be out of date with current construct 2 exported html5 files to be in different formats.

  How do I Connect my html 5 website exports with a content delivery network?

  I would like to be able to point to an asset folder hosted elsewhere.

  I have seen a few forum posts talking about items relating to this, but the posts were over 2 years old or never answered.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Does this mean that even if i go into the c2runtime.js file and edit line 3607 "this.files_subfolder = " " I could not put a URL there to where an images folder is hosted?

  Hello,

  I am looking into creating HTML 5 games with Construct 2 and one potential hurdle I cannot find a solution for is whether I am able to have a game load its image assets from a folder located on a different server or file location that differs from the typical /images.

  Ideally, I would be able to load up my construct 2 HTML 5 game and have its index in one location that connects to an image folder that is shared on a server in a different location.

  Is this possible?
