  Just another quick question, if the objects are snapped to a grid, if an object is one cell above another (say obj1.y=1 & obj2.y=2 on the grid) would they still be considered touching (for any collision events)?

  Hi there,

  Is there any way to have the whole layout split into a grid with its own X and Y values? The grid would obviously be made of squares bigger than a single pixel.

  Thats a screenshot of the tutorial level. You can see the text on the layout but not the sprites.

  joanzito who commented on this post before has the same graphics card, so I have no idea whats wrong. For now, I'll just work with it on a different computer.

  Added some more info, but Wikipedia seems to think its an ad. If anyone knows how to rewrite stuff so it wont be that way, please do so :)

  Nope, didn't work. I also attempted to install on to my computer instead of my External Hard Drive, but that also didn't work.

  Vista. I have it installed on a External Hard Drive, so I plugged it in to a different computer also running vista, and it worked fine.

  Yes, It still didnt work. I just thought of what might be possibly the problem. I installed it on a External hard drive (usb), could that be it?

  I still cant see sprites. I posted this in the normal forum a while back, probably around r47 or something, but I cant see sprites or anything on my layout (other than text). I can only see the highlight thats supposed to highlight the object. It's a really annoying bug, and kind of stops me from doing anything complex in construct, and layering- forget about it.

  I'd just like to say that I downloaded the newest release, which allowed me to see the object in the image editor. However, I still cant see graphics on the Layout.
