  Use a Family to make working on two of the same object type easier. Also, be sure to exclude the sprites 'self' or the Pick nearest by location will always pick itself!

  You don't even need a function, if you don't need it for other conditions. In the "On touched Family" trigger, the item is already picked. Just do what you want with it. Otherwise, you would pass the UID to a function, and you'd have to pick it again.

  You want to use a Family to abstract your object types. Then you can do this on the Family object.

  Sorry, you have to use the older version (1.12) to get anti-aliasing control. This has been explained if you parse through the thread. I just use whatever Windows/Microsoft provides.

  If you right-click an object, you'll see there is both 'Clone object type' and 'Copy' options.
