  • hi there, i would like to use geolocation with rex's static google map canvas,more specific i want to set the *center* of the static map the same as my real time coordinates(by clicking on a button) but wherever i try,I get an error,here's an image with the coding

  • Hi there,right now i'm struggling with putting a sprite on top of a instance of google maps,i'm using the plugin from the author *rex*

    and not the official one that comes with construct...the sprite in question desappears when previewing even thoug i put it on top of the google map window,i know that i could use a static version of the map but is there a way to do this without it?(i mean,canvas *object*+ google map static *behavior*) thanks a lot for the help!

  • Nope..the fact is that i would like to trigger an event with the z key(and it remains triggered) and then set it off with the same Key,i'm trying to make a *LOCK-ON* system for targeting enemies,thank you for your help anyways! :3

  • Hi there guys! here's the deal....i'm trying really hard to toggle a certain even in my project with the same key:

    so here's what i've been doing so far,i've set 3 global variable to the event i want to activate(default one=0,On=1,Off=2)

    if you press the Z key the value is set to 1 and the lerp function is On

    now i would like to use the same key again to set the value to 2(so it can be deactivated)

    what can i do? thank you for you help!

  • Hi there thank you a lot for reading this topic,i have kind of a stupid issue with the animation of my character.

    i have set an animation when jumping,but it shows only when the characters is not moving,wherever i try to move the character and jump it does it while playing the running animation,here's a screenshot of my event screen....hope someone figures out what's the problem,thank you for your help!

  • XD sorry but i didn't explain really well what i want to do...i only want to be able to perform a combo like in that game...and beacuse of the fact that c2 cannot open cap files it's really hard to learn how to do it ....

  • so hi there ^^ a few days ago i found a cap file (so made in costruct classic) with the basics for an action game with combos,background effect,special attaccks ecc. ecc. now the problem is that it's not possibile to import the cap file on construct 2..so im basically asking you guys how to replicate the combo sistem of that cap file in costruct 2...i've been trying a lot but without success...(like 3 weeks of event coding but nothing D:)

  • Hi there ^^,every time im using c2 and making progress there's something that prevent me to continue my way to complete the game im working on right now.....but thanks to you guys i always find the solution and this is why this community is so great..because we help each other to make results ^^.

    right now im having some really stupid issues...but i really don't know ho to fix those problems...

    for example i managed(thank to you XD) how to mirror my sprite when the mouse goes behind him but evey time i do that the controlls become messed up....also i cannot find a way to limit the angle of the gun (like 180 instead of 360) and least every time i pin a different gun to the player it become static... heres my capx if you want to test by yourself (the player sprite im using it's just a temporary one...it will be changed with a sprite made by me :))
