Yes! Very close to what I'm talking about. Would this be sustainable with a much larger map, though? Or would you start experiencing performance issues?

    Thanks!

So I'm trying to make a platformer in the style of I Wanna Be The Guy or Knytt or VVVVVV (Or the clone by wonderful Increpare MMMMMM)

In Construct, how can I get the screen to change to the next screen when the player hits the edge of the current screen? And how would I get it to snap back if the player chooses to go back to the previous screen?

Would I used a single layout for this and use some sort of event to snap the camera to different locations on the layout? Or use different layouts for each of the 'screens?'

What if the game gets really big? Would the best option still be just one layout?

Thanks for the help or redirect! And again, sorry if this has been asked - but I didn't see anything in the How do I... sticky.
