    please have a look at them. function myfunc() should be called once it goes under the function PublishtoUserWall and receives a response from it.

    basically i am looking to call a function or method in construct 2 from my external javascript, and a simple function returning a value will not do my job. any work around for this?

  • How to execute a Construct 2 function from an external javascript function callback?? here's what i am trying to do...

    I am trying to call a javascript function using CallJS plugin, after the javascript executes, i need to call (trigger) a function in construct 2 based on the value it receives from the JS function.

    Any help would be highly appreciated?

    I have been surfing couple of threads.but had no luck in this. how do i activate the "Android (note 2) device" back button?

    Have tried methods by "cranberrygame" as well but still in vain..

    I have tried the browser action as well..but it does not work in the actual device, just works in the desktop browser..any light you can shed on this? or a perfect tutorial?

  • hi guys..just a small issue..i have a bag which collects veggies falling from top and increase the score..i randomize the sprite frames in the animation set to show different veggies falling in.

    the problem is that during the fall..since the new veggie create code is executed, the set frame commands executes and changes the veggies which have already been created during its fall..i hope i am clear..<img src="smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    how can i stop this? i am using a function which checks if the veggies are from recipe one, then set frame to 0 and 1 and if veggies are from recipe 2 then set frame to 2,3. during the fall the veggie suddenly switches frames..if you are able to run the capx file, you will know exactly what i mean.

    i have uploaded the capx file plus the screen shots incase you cannot open the capx file since i am using the tweenlite behavior.

    but here's where the real problem lies..i have given a platform behaviour to my 'player' but when he collects a boost, i dont really move this player anywhere, what i do is increase the tiled background or the objects speed to which i have given a bullet bahviour..in bullet behaviour we do not have max speed..so how do i accomplish this?..

    If you see the capx file, right now all the objects are created dynamically and moves across the scene using the bullet behaviour and in boost all these objects move faster. i am not saying this is the best way to do this but if you can suggest an alternative..i wouldnt mind giving it a shot.

  • heres a link to my capx file. if the runner collects a bottle, how should i show a acceleration rather that direct speed shifts and after couple of seconds it should come to a normal speed.

    I am sure this has been asked quite a lot of times, i just want if you can point me to a right thread which just shows a simple platform acceleration and deceleration of an object.

    Should i use Custom Movement, bullet behavior or bullet speed to control this? very confused at the moment.<img src="smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hi, if someone can look into this file, the issue I have is random appearance of objects like �Planks�, �bombs� and �bottles� sometimes they appear too close to each other or ontop of each other..how can I stop this creation of random elements not to collide with each other..i have used a couple of techniques but not very effective.
