  • Hi,

I would like to introduce Coin-Op Boy, my video game where you are a boy in the 80's/90's who is fanatic of coin-operated games.

    Version 1.0 flyer

Instructions: Go to sleep to win coins and balls in your dreams. Then go play at the arcade to compete on the world rank, or go play at the casino to win more coins, or go to the pachi parlor to play pachinkos.

  • Hello Ashley,

Sorry, you can close this topic. For some reason. I can't reproduce it today. I cleaned everything from IE with Ccleaner and it works fine now.

Thanks to have taken the time to test and answer me.

  • Link to .capx file (required!):

    arcade-history.com/temp/WebstorageExemple.capx

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Launch the attached CAPX on Internet Explorer 10

    2.

    3.

    Observed result:

    Javascript error!

    localhost/WebStorage_plugin.js, line 70 (col 3)

    Expected result:

No javascript errors. It works fine on Chrome and Firefox, but crashes on IE 10.

    Browsers affected:

    Chrome: No

    Firefox: No

    Internet Explorer: YES

    Operating system & service pack:

    Windows 8 64-Bits

    Construct 2 version:

    R136

    Additional notes:

All my projects are now broken on IE10 because of this error on the Webstorage_plugin.js

EDIT: I tried on a 32-bits system with IE10 and I got no errors.

  • Thanks for the encode and decode functions. I'm using it on all my projects.

  • Thanks for the info. I hope this will be fixed in the next build.

  • I can re-open a topic if you want.

  • Sorry, I uploaded the updated file now as =>

    arcade-history.com/temp/BREAKOUT-noEX.capx

This capx is now 'bug submission rules' compliant.

Note: my other projects using Extra Expression are working fine on R127

  • Quick note: I removed the EX plugin and Construct 2 still compile the game with an empty c2runtime.js

Maybe you should take a look again...

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads

    Expected result:

The game is compiling fine on R126.

The expected result is this one should compile fine too.
