  • I want to add a shield power up and it is a shooting game. So what I want to do is on click shield then I will set the shield variable to 1. Then in the next event define Shield=1 and I want to add an action that is bullet on collision with character subtract 3 from person health. How do I do this but only when shield is 1 when shield is 0 it subtracts 7.

  • So I am making a game and basically the NPC moves in a path that I have set. When they move towards lets say 180 degrees I want the animation to set to West. So that it will look more realistic. How do I make it so that when the bad guy turns left the animation changes as well?

  • I have a car level in my game and I have made an animation of a map that is anchored but I want to zoom in on the city that it is placed in. But when I increase the layout scale the map which is anchored does not show anymore. So how do I make the anchored object show as well?

  • I tried it and I think this is what you meant but it still changes direction. just letting you know that my character has 8 direction enabled but here is the event sheet.

  • Hi everyone, I am making a police video game and basically I have bullets firing and the character has 8 direction enabled. So I need the bullet to change angle where the character moves, so I set the angles like this. when keyboard key left is down, set bullet angle to 180 degrees. I have done this for 8 different directions. But the problem is that the bullet changes mid flight when the character changes direction. Any thoughts?
