Translate function doesn't work

Hi,

i would like to translate some tutorials into my language.

i fund the link on the left, so i click on it, then in the next page, chose the corresponding language i will translate it, and when i click on Next button, i go back to the tutorial list items...

missing something or what ?

Posting new tutorials (and translation) as well as editing existing tutorials was disabled last month due to issues with spam and hasn't came back yet.
