Purchased C2 with BTC - didnt receive redeem code

I purchased a personal license of C2 using BTC, and about 90 mins later I still haven't received a redeem code..

Anyone know how long it usually takes for the redeem code to be emailed out? Usually it would be straight away I guess but maybe BTC takes longer if they are waiting for confirmations?

You could always email scirra directly if you wish.

Remember also that in the UK, this is Easter bank holiday, and many people are off work from Thursday to Tuesday.

Right. I sent an email to support, I guess they will get back to me when they are able.

Just annoying that I managed to find a bug in the purchasing process.. if I had used PayPal I would have received the redeem code instantly I guess..

Scirra are usually very good at dealing with these issues promptly, and I'm sure that if Tom sees this, he will try to sort it out for you quickly.

Sorry about that, the Coinbase API doesn't function properly so we have to process Bitcoin payments manually. I'll look up your payment now and send you your redeem code right away.
