Do you get your profit from the scirra store instantly?

I'm thinking about selling some of my assets on the scirra store. But I have a few questions about it.

1. Do they take a fee for each sale? If so; how much %?

2. Each time someone purchases a product, does the money get transferred directly to your paypal or does it have a sort of cap before it transfers?
