Why the first ones at the top of the site list have only 1 5-star feedback while there are others with 2-3 5-star feedbacks and don't appear at the top of the site?

I found the system faulty, as there are apps with 5+ 5 star votes and the first ones have 1 star.
I just came to report the bug.
It would be great to fix this for better ranking of buyers.
