[Fixed] Arcade ratings need fixing

I did post this on the Arcade forum, but was advised here would be better.

Quite simply, the ratings are not working, and you are unable to rate a game, despite being told your rating has been recorded.

This is leading to some very iffy games being highly rated, and any good games submitted recently will be totally overlooked.

To any non C2 user, visiting the site, the Arcade would be considered a showcase of what Construct 2 can do...and looking at some of the games at the top, this is not a good advert.

Thanks for reposting over here, pixel perfick. I'm sure a lot us are looking forward to being able to help rebalance the recent games' ratings.

As a junior developer, I actually find it really inspirational / thought-provoking to try to stay on top of what other people are doing with the kit. Even games which aren't as well executed help reinforce design principles and issues I might run into.
