Can't recover password

Hi everyone!

I got another account here on Scirra, and have created this because I have some problems with recovering the login infos..

I type in my username + email and are then redireced to the page telling that a mail have been send to me, but when I enter my mail, both regular and in the spamfilter, nothing is there. I have waited for a few days now, and the mail still haven't come.

Are you sure you are connecting to the correct email address you entered with your other account ?

Thank you for the reply. Yeah, I am 100% sure that it is the right email, because it is the only email expect this one

I can see that my old account is still here on the page, so I really don't understand why
