Can't see my avatar

My avatar image doesn't load to me:

I tried changing the avatar, tried waiting for a week, tried removing cache, but still.

Console outputs errors like "Failed to load resource". Can anybody else see my avatar? And am I alone who has this problem?

p.s I can see all avatars except mine

Don't think it makes sense. As I said I tried multiple variants of pictures. But ok here is the image

edit: I've just uploaded the same picture and it worked. Didn't change anything..

— I just tried that, and it didn't work. I tried deleting my avatar and reuploading and now the upload just won't work at all. So I don't have an avatar at all :)
