I try many times to upload my game but.. it is rejected. The size is only 8 mb in zip file. and i have used release 84. Anybody can help me?

I'm using r86 and it's giving me either "Zip contains file not on whitelist" or "Zip is missing required file". What exactly do I put into the Zip?
