  • Hi!

    I am interested in buying.

But I need you to answer:

Some of the obstacles are passed in front of the other.

Why are some of the obstacles sprites faster than others?

Because during the jump does the speed of the obstacles created increase?

    Are obstacle sprites randomly created?

Have you used how many behaviors in the sprite of obstacles that appear on the horizon?

Is it possible to make the landscape in a curve?

    I mean, a curved street?

I await the feedback of your answers

    Thanks.

    Hi Bruno,

Thanks for showing interest and your questions list is long. Will try to answer them

My requirement was to bring obstacles in front of each other to create real like effect. It is completely based on your requirement. You can change it as per your wish in the template.

obstacles are created randomly to keep user engaged with unpredictable behavior of the game.

I have created a bit of slow motion when object comes near and you have to jump. I got inspiration from MAX payne game PC where close encounter slows down to create cinematic effect.

You can create curve which will cost you lot more images and GPU. I have avoided it to keep template lightweight and less complex for everyone to use it easily.

  • Hi, jatin1726.

    Hi Bruno,

Code is already commented to ease customization. In case your requirement is more than what already present there? Let me know. Or you can share what you are upto in your game. Will be happy to help you.

  • I'm newbie in C2.

The existing comments do not explain much.

    Just point.

But, it does not report usage details, because it was used.

It's not easy for a beginner to understand everything,

so you need to comment in detail.

Did not comment on the event sheet: "finalscreensheet"

The event sheet: "finalscreensheet" line 11 is empty, has some reason?

I did not understand the Global Variable: "AcceptableCharacters" and because it is at the bottom of the page?

    Did not rename all sprites.

You do not inform if a local variable exists.

I'll have to test and study more to understand.

I do not regret buying (I'not repentant of purchase)

But I was annoyed that you did not take care of all the details.

    I'm happy

    Hi Bruno,

The questions you asked in the comment sections are actually very basic for a Construct users. For beginners Ashley has provided very nice tutorials which you can go through easily. I have commented all required code in the template which is for helping construct 2 users. Things like global or local variable is easily understood for Construct 2 users. Regarding acceptable characters, they are not required for most of the users and it is simply bonus from my end bcz I value all my users. Also, I will be always available if you have any more queries but I will still suggest you to go through construct 2 tutorials once and then you will find template easy to use. Also want to thank you for sharing your comment. One suggestion I can share you here that you can take screenshot of code and highlight it. I will explain that code. You can mail screenshot on this address. ' . I am hoping this way I will be able to help you out.

  • Thank you for your support.

This month I am very busy.

In April I will have time to study your game.

  • Hi!

I reinstalled Windows and Construct 2

I can not open the capx.

I need you to give me the plugin:

    LiteTween 1.7

I searched on google and it did not work

I already tried to install from this link:

    construct.net/forum/extending-construct-2/addons-29/behavior-litetween-48240

    Does not work.

Pass me the plugin file by email.

    fr.brunoribasoug@gmail.com

    I await your return.

  • Hi Bruno,

The tween is same to download. please download it from the link but remember it is behavior and not a plugin. Please read the instructions carefully before using plugin then raise a query. It is difficult to explain basic stuffs here. Hope u understand.

    Regards,

    Jatin
