How to make public folder again? i need that old option to share links

old public folder looks like this:

True Valhalla hello again i have another but simplier trouble i think i am in public folder and i click RMB on file and i dont have options like 'share link' or something

True Valhalla my dropbox app is always open. My dropbox app starts when PC is logging in to the desktop

Can you tell me how you did it? Or did you have an old account? I have a old account but i guess i deleted it.

I tried to make the public folder in the root of my DB folder but it does not work, and have tried a link that some people have posted here on the forums but you have to have a pro account. If you or anyone reading this knows a way around this please let me know! if not thank you.
