none of them is a proxy

they are European IP's, you have to use the European WHois at :

http://www.ripe.net/db/whois.html

I suggest, use the abuse email adresses and phone numbers and make a well done complain.

The IP's should have been posted long time ago. Wiki has logs.

google finds it in a lot of logs

i am like sure thats a proxy

is from Belgium

no idea if thats a proxy

for sure a proxy
