  • Hello everyone! RDePhillip here from Hysteria Games.

I've been turned onto Construct 2 via a G+ connection while I tried to escape from Flash Game development. I'm falling in love with Construct 2 and HTML5 and plan to be here for a long time!

  • Hello everyone.

I am new here, launched today my first gamw Fight2Right.

  • Hello people

  • Hi,

My name is Gavin and I am the editor at Daily PC Game Reviews - an independent website for the discerning PC gamer. My first review of a Construct 2 game was the one on AirScape, you can read more about it over there.

I am also interested in programming HTML5 games for my website; I also own a copy of Garagegame's Torque 2D and 3D engines. And, I do welcome all kinds of online games to be placed on my website as well.

Write me if you have a game that I should review, or if you have some other business suggestions.

    Cheers,

    Gavin

  • Hi. I'm Alen, site told me I should say hello so Im here <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

The way I found C2 was in the University. There is a class involved with Videogames and they used C2 for it. The design of games was pretty easy and the only limitant is, with few exceptions, your imagination.

Probably I will be asking some stuff in forums, so please be kind with me cause Im not a native english speaker, but I can understand almost everything.

    Just that. See ya later.

  • hi

  • I love programming, started when I was a kid. First programming language was Logo, to which I was introduced when I was in 1st grade. I knew right then that I wanted to work with computers the rest of my life. Through High School, I learned some basic database and web development. I also enjoyed Klick and Play and made some fun games with it. I went to use MMF after that.

I have a CS degree and now work for a corporation in Florida as a developer and DBA. My day job consists of writing SQL and C# mainly.

After using gamemaker for while and Unity3D, I decided to look for a gamemaker that would bring me the fun I had with K&P. I don't remeber exactly how I found Construct 2, but I think it was a Google search for game maker software. So far, I just have some plugins created and working on a XNA exporter.

  • I am the old man here having once sold my Atari game system to purchase a computer. (Yea - real real old when you consider that I got a Vic20)

I am a one man technology department in a rural high school that has added game making classes to the curriculum. We started using Construct this spring and look forward to using it more thoroughly in the next school year.

My background is in teaching programming - currently teaching Java in our programming classes.

A big thanks to all who have contributed to the tutorials on the site here.

  • Hello I'm a 17(atm) year old student, who has a great interest in everything related to making, and developing games.

  • Cool <img src="smileys/smiley10.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hello i just downloaded Construct 2 and think it is a cool program. I came from a long programming background and just learned about javascript games using canvas. I have used Game Maker before and this is much better.

  • Joined Scirra a while back. After scrolling through the awards section (cough cough), I'd noticed I hadn't introduced myself. So to quell my rabid lust for Scirra medals I thought I'd say hello.

    Hi, my name is Adam.

I guess you could say I'm a freelance artist/illustrator. Although my career path has been else where. I recently decided to pursue a path focused more on my artwork (since its a big hobby) and so set up a website englishacorn.com (originally englishadam.com) to facilitate this.

Over the course of this year, I'm hoping to start and complete a variety of projects, as well as produce a series of tutorial videos relating to Construct 2 and illustration. And hopefully give back to the community some time.

    All the best.

    ~Adam

    (P.S. Hello/Greetings to everybody else)
