IE11 update problems (Solved)

I just found out that my IE11 is damaged. So I planning to reinstall it. Here's what I do:

• Uninstall IE11
• Restart my computer
• Install it back using Windows Update
• Restart again
• After booting, a black desktop with a window contains sentences, "Setting up personalized settings:" and "Web Platform Customization" appears.

The most frustrating problem I occur is the small window is frozen for hours at "Web Platform Customization".

PROBLEM SOLVED: Just reinstalled Windows 7 and now my problem is gone. Now I can test my game using IE11.

No one is occurring?

Even no one is occurring, can someone help me fix the problem and install IE11 without being frozen?
