Hello new member

Hi everybody! I'm a newbie, I just started learning and using graphics software. A lot of people know I use Structured 2, because I've casually commented it on a game. I also say I think structure 2 is better than scratch. One person commented that the beginning is way better than building 2. Does anyone agree with me that constuct 2 is better than scratch? I
