Game development book

Has anyone else read it? I bought it because the reviews were so positive, and I'm a little way in and it's REALLY REALLY good! Highly recommend it.

It takes some abstract concepts, like "how to make the game interesting" and approaches it in an easy to read and scientific method.

This is exactly what I have been looking for, thanks! Maybe I'll look for it at a library

Library is a great option, here in the UK if a library doesn't have it in stock, 99% of the time they can order it in for you. Not sure what country you are in, but it should be a similar sort of system.

I'm in America, and yeah the system is the same. Most bookstores allow orders too.

It's a very good book, but very theoretical, if you need something more "on hands", you may consider "Level up" besides.
