Where can i find a good web designer?

I want to create a website.But i suck at html ,Can someone please tell me where i could find a good website designer?.

The best non-HTML Web Maker out there, in my opinion, is Serif Webplus X4. It's in a drag and drop concept but that doesn't limit the possibilities, plus if you need it, it has a HTML editor too.

I made my website for my business with Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Depends really on what you want.

I can work to any budget, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect flash banners and loads of custom image slices for $100AUD.

Something like my site I would be charging around $400-$500AUD for, and hosting would be up to you. I am using free hosting for the time being, since I'm pretty much broke right now haha.

Not sure what country you are from, so maybe we need to work out what the exchange rate is first before we commit to anything.

Yeah $500AUD is about 3200 Rand (ZAR).

Not sure if that's absurdly expensive for you or not? :/ Maybe you earn that in one day I have no idea... probably one week more likely?
