Art is something more then just esteticlly pleasing backgrounds. And art isn't something that only makes you feel immers. Art is something that makes you feel that time has stopped. I don't think majority of games are art. but there are some close to it. Same with films. Only few of those could be considered art. Art is something that makes your imagination spin. Not only staring at the moving pictures. It's mostly just plain entertaiment.
