I really like c2/c3 but it's designed for games and uses html. I would like to build native mobile apps (for android mostly).
Does anyone know of a good visual app builder similar to c2 in terms of ability to customize the programs?
MIT App Inventor 2 is probably the closest to being like C2. There are tons of tutorials on their site and on Youtube.
Construct 2.
Seriously though. No one said one is only limited to using C2 to make games. It's all about using the program to fit your needs. Heck you can use C2's built in motions for animation. It's all about creativity.
Upcoming Godot 3 will officially support Visual Scripting via nodes, If that not visual enough you can try Game Builder Studio or if you can afford the price, Buildbox would be the choice since entire workflow literally visual.
MIT App Inventor 2 is good!
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
I made some fully optioned point of sale software with C2. It has inventory management with support for images for said inventory items... it also supports transactions with reports and invoice/receipt generation. Thanks to the power of C2 it also looks a lot nicer than most other similar software.
