i have an interesting link for translating

i helped translate some projects to dutch

as far as i know you can upload the xml file ,counts the phrases ,and words ,

easy to use and anybody can help

You should also try Poeditor as a translation tool. I am working with it and it seems that it's the easiest to use, with the most simple interface from all that I have tested.
