That's the sprite sheet, I've tried doing it myself before bothering you, but to no avail. I've tried reskinning the sword anims several times, I couldn't do it. It doesn't need any shading. Also if you are feeling up to it can you change his shirt to some greyish colour and give him some shoulder plates?

You want some 1 pixel big shoulderplates? LOL.

This thing is freaking tiny. Shoulder plates wouldn't even be visible.
