How to make Menu item

I need help to make menu item.

What do you mean, a menu item?

If you just mean a menu, add a new layout, and call it menu, and make it the first layout you see. Then, add buttons, which bring you to different layouts (one for instructions, play, website, ect) you can do this by making a condition button pressed, and an action go to layout, and the appropriate layout.
