Looking For Construct2 Coder

Looking for a Construct 2 coder to layout the framework for a relatively simple card game, so would like someone comfortable with randomization and mouse movement routines.

If you have a set hourly rate or a per project rate, let me know.

I do both, but i'm cheaper on a project rate. I also charge based on the complexity.

What do you have in mind with the details and I can give a starting estimate and after the discussion of the project give a more accurate one.

I would like the classic card game War scripted in Construct 2.

I suppose that's easy enough. I guess the question is how does the player do anything? Classic War is pretty much an automated game. The Player's only job is flip cards.

Are you planning to put in the optional rules, 3 to 4 players rules. That wouldn't really be classic though.

I can do the War script though.

No, I'm not asking for art assets. I just want the script to the War card game so I can see what it looks like really, to see how things are examined and determined in code.
