It would seem impossible for the Game is suspended while in the background..

What purpose would it use?

Wouldn't it be possible to just update the position when the game is brought to the foreground agian?

its needed for geolocation, so that user can receieve notification when he enters certain area.

I don't think C2 was meant to create the kind of app you are trying to make.

I guess for now you will have to try and work around the limitations.
