Hiring [multiple] Construct 3 contract developers and sprite artists to make lightweight Web3 games

Hi all,

I am the founder of Easter Egg Labs and we are working on a series of games that make up the Kampeni Project. We have started work on a game that is a cross between an old school Zelda game and Vampire survivors but we have several over indie/social/otherwise lightweight games in the pipeline. Compensation includes cash, grants of crypto and NFT assets, and potentially equity compensation after demonstrated performance. What we are looking for is below:

Requirements:

*Experience developing games in Construct 3

*Experience developing multiplayer experiences and inventory systems

*Strong command of business English

Nice to Haves:

*Web3 Development

*Javascript Development

*Understanding of Data Structure in Construct

*Based in the Eastern United States

Regarding timing we are looking to hire ASAP after an interview process involving a video interview with the team and a (compensated) coding/scripting exercise for developers or a (compensated) test for artists to execute on a creative brief.
