Creating an oAuth plugin that would work with Google G-suite

Hello,

I am looking to hire someone to build a plugin for Google's authentication scheme in C3.

developers.google.com/identity/protocols/OAuth2

Apparently only with oAuth2 I can write to a google sheet from C3.

Can you help me with that, how much would it cost?
